Invisible challenges, real struggles
What others don't see about neurodivergence is the constant effort to "try harder"
These situations will probably sound familiar. They don’t all happen at once, but they tend to intertwine and overlap, making everyday life feel more difficult than it needs to be. Some examples include:
- Difficulty starting tasks and maintaining focus
- Procrastination and analysis paralysis
- Impulsivity when acting
- Memory difficulties
- Emotional dysregulation and constant burnout
- and much more...
Coaching 1:1 (Individual)
Your challenges are the project to work on; each session, a “sprint” to move forward and learn.
The collaboration relationship will center on a topic that is critical to you, with regular follow-up sessions to maintain momentum.
Drawing on my experience as a Project Manager, my approach shifts from the past analysis (typical of psychotherapy) to focus on present execution and creation of future strategies. Working in “sprints” or periods of intensive focus, we define clear objectives, develop strategies, and review results to create real and lasting change.
The long-term goal is to strengthen executive functions to transform intention into action, overcoming the typical blocks of neurodivergent brains with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, and thus be able to:
- Get better organized
- Boost your professional career
- Prioritize your self-care
- Reach your academic goals
- Improve your health
- and much more...
Methodology and desired results
Everything you need to know about my method and how sessions are structured
(Un)Learn Method ©
Unlike other traditional coaching methods (executive, career, life, etc.), mine is a neuro-affirmative approach and follows the (Un)Learn Method ©. We won't just set goals or action plans; instead, we'll work with your mind as it functions in everyday life to:
- Learn: Discover what truly works for you and aligns with your way of thinking, processing information, and operating in your daily life.
- Unlearn: Dismantle habits, strategies, and expectations designed for neurotypical minds that no longer serve you.
Structure and Format of the Sessions
The sessions are held online via Google Meet or Zoom approximately once a week, designed to fit seamlessly into your routine without adding extra pressure.
The approach is structured but not rigid: we follow a clear methodology that allows us to stay focused on your strategic goals, while providing the flexibility to pivot and address unexpected challenges that arise daily.
Advantages of 1:1
- Commitment from the start
I'll help you identify your long-term goals and define what success means to you. - Stay motivated
I'll help you discover your deepest motivations and support you in making tactical adjustments to your plans to stay on track. - Help with prioritization
The session adapts to your current needs, even when the unexpected arises. - Build confidence
The "Learn" phase of the sessions fosters self-compassion to face challenges with less self-criticism, encouraging a more positive outlook.

Hola, I'm Silvia
My greatest source of expertise in terms of neurodivergence and neuroinclusivity is not a title, but my own experience: that of having lived decades trying to fit into molds that left me small without understanding the pig. Finally, in 2024, a late diagnosis of ADHD arrived that opened “Pandora’s box”: finally, all the pieces fit together. These years of forced adaptation are today my greatest source of learning about the challenges of neurodivergent people.
As a neurodivergent coach specialized in ADHD and executive function support trained in the ADD Coaching academy (ADDCA), I combine my personal experience with an elite methodology to value the human face of neurodivergence, beyond diagnoses.
